Hi, I had Capecitabine & oxsaliplatin (not sure if that's the right spelling) One was introvenous, other tablet form.
I finished a year ago.
Good luck with your treatment.
Thanks hope your feeling good
How are you feeling now a year on? I have had both drugs and feel awful. Just hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Thanks for your reply hope your treatment was a success. x
I'm feeling ok thank you.
Only problem is health anxiety now. A new ache or pain and bang I'm back to imagining the worst of everything.
Are you still having the chemo? Strong stuff aren't they. I used to sneeze and my face stayed the same as when I was sneezing for ages. Touching cold things was hell too, I used to weat gloves all the time, not able to touch metal for example knives and forks or taps.
Good luck with your treatment x
As far as I know.
I finished last january and my June CT was fine, so was August colonoscopy.
I'm a mess though with any new ache/pain.
I have a little niggly pain now, had it for 2 weeks so have a Dr's appointment to get it checked out on wednesday.
Take one day at a time with your treatment, it will soon pass. x
Hello :) My mum is currently on capecitabine and oxaliplatin. Shes ok on it. Mums 70. Around the 4th day she feels a little bit rough but seems ok on it.
All the very best xx
