Hello MacKinnon-Girl-1234 I'm sorry to hear that you've found a lump in your neck. The best person to see about this would be your GP so do make an appointment or chat to your parents about making an appointment if you need some support with this.
Hi I think the fact you say the lumps sore-is a good sign- but you definitely need to get it checked out.
You can get swelling to the side of your neck from glands being up from an infection- sore throat for example so hopefully its just that-but get it checked. Good luck x
