I'm sorry the district nurses are unable to tell you how long you will need the drain for Ptmy. I guess that would be your medical team's domain. Do you have an appointment coming up with them any time soon? If not, maybe you could get in touch with them or your GP to find out more and see if there's anything you can do to help reduce the build up.
