I meant I was late silly Billy. I never go on this till either afternoon or night time, so I missed your cuddles. No haven't got any crisps, I ate them. I haven't got drain in either, took that out in hospital and just stuck a bag over the hole in case it leaked.

If this is still like it is on Monday I'll have to go to docs or ring the ward up, it's really painful.

Hi Shelly it’s a quick one tonight, I am going to try and get some sleep, I have to go to Preston tomorrow early and will not get back until later so I will definitely get back to you, with a better chance to chat either tomorrow evening or Monday. You say you can hear crackling from the part it hurts, if so I would advise you contact NHS helpline as soon as possible, I am not at all trying to scare you, but I get a lot of sever chest infections. They crackle now because you have the cancer, even if you are not in treatment or not, your immune system are still compromised, normally it could just be bronchitis, my biggest concern it’s might lead to pneumonia. Hence you do not want to be leaving it to be truthful. So depending on how you are in yourself and think you can leave it until tomorrow morning then do it then, if your feeling worse than you did, you need to do it sooner than later. It’s bizzar because what you are describing is the exact symptoms I get, only mines on left hand side. It’s strange that you feel it could be on your liver, or ribs. Truthfully had I not had so many chest infections. I would be wondering what it could have been myself. I know I used to think it was liver area, but what gave it away straight the way was The crackling you do not get that. From the liver or the ribs, it’s your lungs and it’s a deep infection. Have you started coughing yet, I bloody hope so. Because that now needs to come up. ASAP before it does go to pneumonia. Shelly please I am definitely not trying to scare you at all. I am just please please asking you to see a out of house GP the quicker you get antibiotics for your chest soon. I  am willing to bet my life on it being a chest infection. Seriously. Hi Marj, I've been scrolling the internet since yesterday, trying to find out what it is. I think I know what it is now. I found a site and it said the rib has disconnected and it can cause popping or crackling . It described every symptom I've got. Thank you though for the advice. If it's no better by Monday I'll go to the docs or phone Macmillan nurse, see what they say. I haven't got a cough at all. Don't worry I won't tell Billy you said he's lovely lol.
