I have been taking letrozol for just under one year. I had a lot of aches and pains to start with, but they have now almost completely settled. My hair is thinner on top and the texture is different. Has anybody noticed any parallels between the aches and pains and the hair thinning? I am hoping the hair thinning stops and improves in parallel with the aches and pains.
