Oh bless ya ..

I was married to someone like that ... after my first call back years ago .. and had mamorgrams/ biopsy result .. all on my own while he went to badminton ... got the all clear and when I told him .. he just said I knew it would be o.k .. and carried on cooking his meal ... needless to say he's my ex ...

But you stay positive for you .. one thing it does is makes you stronger .. though it could be he's scared too .. so is comming over distant ... fingers crossed he does really care .. though it's hard for a lot of men to show feelings .. I hope you have family / friends you can talk too .. or just come on here and put your feelings down .. we know how it all feels .. and how scary a time this is ...

I wish I'd have had a place like this , I could have put down my feelings and fears .. it's really got me through this cancer journey... I'm a fellow breast cancer lass .. had a masectomy in 2017 ... so your not alone ... lots of us on here ...

Dear Chrissie hope you are well thank you! I have a son and daughter they live a way but I keep in touch with them. I don’t say to much to them as they would be upset he’s making me unhappy but I think they know they have told me to come back close to them and my grandchildren. I’m seeing them next month some days with them by myself. Thank you for taking the trouble. Jackie x

Well when you visit them ... you have a good heart to heart .. look into how you really feel .. life is too short to let any man make you feel down ... 

My son and his wife and two kiddies live about 40 min drive away .. but they are my life ... the ones in my pic .. looking after my granddaughter means the world to me .. they make you feel really loved .. there's nothing quite like being a nanny ... 

So do some soul searching ... but that offer to live near them .. well that seems mighty tempting ... and then you'll really find out how your partner feels ... if he does care , he'll fight for you ... if not your better off without him ... but take your time ... and listen to your heart ...

Hi Mottram hope you don't mind my five penneth worth were the other way round I'm one with cancer but my wife's disabled i was having really bad cemo side effects and my wife did every thing she could to help me, we would struggle but there was no way she'd let me struggle on my own,,we got through it and were even closer now,. Dear Billy I hope you are getting better. Family are very good My Son and Daughter I be seeing them next month . When I go to oncology unit they are brilliant and I’ve seen such poorly people and there relatives are brilliant. My first chemo they introduced me to facility and I saw others getting treatment and I said to myself they are ill and I was going in there myself but I then thought I’m beating this ! We are all warriors and it’s brilliant you can try help each other regards Jackie

Unluckily I'm non curable and cemo was three years ago I'm still looking after my disabled wife and when needed she tries to help me when neaded, hope you get sorted best wishes,.
