Throat cancer

Hi I’ve had radiotherapy on my throat and all went well I had the treatment in October and it cleared the cancer but on my last check up July 2nd they noticed a lump on the opposite side in my throat I’m worried that it has spread to the other side has anyone else had this happen to them
