That's the way to look at it .. get the uninvited guest out.... and not too long to wait ... so get them vertual boxing gloves on... and look it in the eye .. and start hitting back ... you may have some emotional stuff before but that's normal .. just get it all out , coz it's really scary .. but get back in the ring and join all of us, kicking it's *** ...
