When he said it was contained and low risk of spread... lymph node clear ... well I nearly fell on the floor crying .. my surgeon asked niece what was wrong .. she told him I'd got all basses covered except that one ... then we all had a little chuckle ...

Hi Chrissey he said, tumour out cleanly and lymph nodes clean. That's as far as he got - I broke down, all the agony of 2 months came pouring out of me. He had a look at his handy work, coming on nicely. 5 weeks of radio once healed. I am incredibly lucky. Got home did some more wailing and then celebrated. Feel completely different person today :)
