Hi. I have been taking letrozole for 18 months now and my hair has thinned alot. I'm not anticipating there to be much left after 5 years! I was wondering if anyone has tried any vitamin supplements or topical treatments? I have tried a thickening shampoo but didn't notice any significant improvement I'm my case. Thanks
