Hi

I recently had breast cancer but had it removed with a mastectomy, I also had my lymph nodes removed. I have been advised by my breast surgeon that I need chemotherapy, radiotherapy and HRT. I have however been offered a trail where they look at my breast tissue and test it to see if chemotherapy would be beneficial,, I am hoping to get on the trial but it all depends if I meet the criteria, which I find out on 17th June.  However in the meantime I have been looking at alternatives to chemotherapy and found a company called Oncofocus who seem to do the same thing as the trail, but the medication they give you just attack’s any cancerous cells and nothing else. The cost is £2,000 I just wondered if anyone had any experience of them?
