It might be worth giving your doctor a call and asking whether this is a common side effect of treatment or if it is unrelated. Your doctor will be in the best position to tell you more about this or prescribe anything to help if they deem it necessary. Don't feel shy about asking them they are used to dealing with questions like this on a daily basis and if it makes you feel more comfortable you can also ask to speak to a lady doctor.
