I have had one treatment of chemo but on the second treatment I had a very bad reaction, so therefore unable to resume treatment at the moment. I am getting confused as to the best shampoo or soap to wash my scalp in and also what type of cream to massage in. I’ve been given conflicting advice the hospice hairdresser said not to use baby shampoo or oil or anything with bio in. My nurse said the opposite, does anyone know the correct shampoo. My scalp is itchy and and sore in places, so far I have only massaged in olive oil.
