Hi Billy, yes I believe there is always a chance that by the time they do the radiotherapy this might have happened but will not know till then, I myself was due to have the operation but three days before they called it off, as they thought I might not be fit enough, due to a heart operation ten years ago, my problem is that my doctor waited four years before sending me to the hospital, as my psa was 7.3 in 2014 he finally sent me in 2018 when it had only risen to 7.4, but I had never been informed of the psa in 2014 or at any period from then till the last one when he eventually sent me. In that period who knows how far it’s spread, mri just saying inside prostate but I do realize the possibility of it not. Thanks for reply and warning, it’s better knowing I believe. Which is funny really as my first visit to the urologist, she actually asked if I wanted to know if I had cancer!!

Thats a good one I've go one for you, when I had my biopsy nurse hue do it told me straight away it was cancer then told me to wait in a room I waited for a few minutes this specialist came in and said I'm sorry but it's cancer, I said I know the nurse told me specialist said just one minute please walked out left door open she was shouting at the nurse she wasn't supposed to tell me I just thought oops,
