Bile duct cancer

Since my husband has been diagnosed with terminal bile duct cancer it’s been horrendous to say the least. He started chemotherapy gem/cis in January after first 2 needed stents replacement after further 2 more spikes in temperature and liver lesions but they wasn’t sure what they were cancer or absus. So he had needle inserted into one of the lesions couldn’t get anything so had an even bigger needle into core of liver we are waiting results, just last week he was rushed into hospital where he found he has pneumonia and sepsis, he’s been in HDU for 4 days and still in hospital with fluctuating blood pressure. I feel I’m trying to do my best for everyone it’s been an emotional rollercoaster, we are researching as much as possible to find a treatment. I feel we have been left to fend for ourselves. We have both worked since leaving school and worked hard,we are all positive but when we see the doctor and oncologist we hit a brick wall. He’s 54 with inoperable bile duct cancer can’t have radiotherapy or gem/cis chemotherapy WHAT NOW
