My husband was treated for prostate cancer 10 yers ago. He was advised to use a vacuum pump to get an erection but also as a form of physio. This has worked incredibly well although it means a bit of fiddling about. We are able to have a perfectly satisfactory sex life so keep hoping.
Thats great to hear. So far i used it as a physio and also sometimes for intercourse. i find so far, that i cant pump it more than i want to , in order to achoieve a fuller erection, mainly becuase it starts to pinch and hurt around the base, when pumping. Ive used the caverject injections recently but not stisfactory in getting the erection i need. Probabaly will need a larger dose . Await to go back to hosp after 8 weeks of trying it. Also have to give it time in order the muscle to stretch thru physio, over time should get better i hope, both the pump and injections.
