Hi everyone,i was diagnosed with throat cancer and had 35 radiation treatments which has left me with problems swallowing and cant swallow tablets ar all,i worry i amnt able to get my 5 a day and wonder if anyone could recommend some good soluble vitamins please?

Hi I don't know if you need any vitamins but you can get liquid vitamins from a lot places or that advanced on TV (berocca) it depends more on what you are short of. I think the shop is Holland & barret good luck.

Thank you Billy,got some chewable one today that will hopefully help my dry mouth a bit too x
