Let's just hope that your sleep walking was a one-off.

Do you use a stick or a walker to prevent you from falling? I am not sure that they would help when you are sleep-walking.

I am prone to taking tremours from time to time. I find that using my walker most of the time helps me to have somewhere to sit, as soon as I feel one of these turns coming on.

When I feel an attack coming on, I start to see flashing lights, then my legs start to tremble, my arms and body shake and, if I can't sit down quickly, I fall to the floor. It only lasts for a short while, but it is frightening when it is happening.

I am glad to hear that your hubby was there to help you get back on your feet.

Here's hoping that you have no further occurrences.

This must be so scary for you. Glad you wasn't alone. Yes and it sounds like that you can't be alone anymore. But i hope you can get someone nice and entertaining looking after you?? Please keep us updated and all the best for you!
