I'm sorry about the tough decision you're having to make. As you're finding yourself a bit confused by it all it make be worth sitting down with your medical team to discuss your options in more detail so you have all the information you need to make your choice.

Hi Hanan,

I am so sorry to hear that you are now on palliative chemotherapy. I am sorry that I cannot help you with your decision, as, although I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer in the past 9 years, I have not had chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

It sounds as if you need a serious talk with your doctor. S/he is in the best position to know which is likely to be the best option for you. Don't be afraid to ask your doctor all the details you need to know before ou can make an educated decision. I find that the easiest way to remember everything that you want to know is to write down a list of questions before you go.

Good luck with your choice and, I hope that you reach the right decision for you.
