just looking for advice if anyone can help?

im being treated for stomach cancer and completed r rounds of FLOT chemo nearly 6 weeks ago. 

During the first treatment I had a reaction in my armpits they became very red and itchy and I could no longer wear deodorant for a few weeks, I started wearing it again around the third cycle and was fine (since diagnosis I wore a natural deodorant only, no chemicals whatsoever)

a couple of weeks ago my armpits became itchy, I put it down to hair regrowth, which had now fully kicked in but the past 2 days they’re very itchy again and slightly red in parts. Has anyone experienced this? Is it a chemo reaction? Just seems strange to have started again now. It’s driving me mad.
