Weight gain and letrozole

Have been on letrozole since mid August awaiting lumpectomy .Was a size 22previously of late thought my breasts were getting bigger .Went to get an outfit for my friends wedding today and to my horror only 2 things fitted size 28 !!!Am eating far less than I ever have simply oats plus banana for breakfast light lunch and a sandwich or fruit for tea .Anyone else had this problem?

    I have been on letrozole since I had a lumpectomy 14 months ago I have always been the same weight between 7 -7&half stone I don't usually bother weighing myself as I can tell by my clothes if there's a noticeable difference but although Ali exercise regularly walk daily and eat healthily I notice my clothes are tight around my waist and abdomen I was m 79 and apart from she I was pregnant I've never put this type of weight on and it makes me feel uncomfortable 

    Is this notmal
