The Journey

Evening everybody..

I've got APC Gleason 8, a rare post, but timing seems right. I've just had my 4th Chemo, and a mix of side effects, none that I can't manage, as intrusive and as frustrating as can be. I've starred a #ChemoCookery project that's attracted some good attention, it is not focused on me, it's focused on 'US' find me on Twitter @CumbriaZen or @SilverHiker1 and Fb #ChemoCookery

We are all on a journey and it hurts me to see to the worry some people understandably have about cancer. Without appearing as some futuristic pioneer with an eye on prostate martyrdom, on the contrary, I am just a positive person since my diagnosis, and it would be a shame not to try and  help others. At 57 I've been lucky to have been helped my lots of folk. It's my turn now to reach out and hand out some good vibes. We can all beat this. Focus, nutrition, fitness and love. For starters

thanks

Good luck with the rest of your treatment and I look forward to seeing more of your helpful and positive posts around the forum :)
