Sorry to read about your side effects.

Have your talked to anyone on your care team about this? Ideally you should have a nominated nurse to talk to about managing your side effects. When I was on chemo my side effects were managed between my oncology team and my GP who because I was on chemo had me on the practice system as a priority so I didn't have the usual waiting issues. 

Diarrhea is one of the most common chemo side effects - mine was pretty horrendous at times and the meds helped mitigate it but sometimes all you can do is to keep hydrated and pray for it to end.
