It's a dilema ... and I think everyone should way up the pros and cons .. ask what difference the percentage is .. take time and decide ... a lot depends on age and health issues .. 

I weighed mine up, and said right from the start, no chemo or radiotherapy.  .. but I do take tamoxifen for the foreseeable ..and if I'd been 20 years younger and fitter , I'd have had everything because of the kids ... you see it's our cancer .. no one else's.. 

Do your research .. way it up ... and whatever you decide, don't look back with regret .. l had a grade 3 and mastectomy last year .. but you are the only one to make a decision .. if only we had a crystal ball ... but sadly wer just trying to do the best we can ... good luck which ever way you go ..
