Hi I have secondary bone cancer in my pelvis sternum knee and are on this combination of drugs plus s bone infusion once a month, I’ve only been on the palb for 18 days and a month on letrozole, I feel ok trouble sleeping but that’s expected but my concern is the chest pain I have like somebodys sitting on my right side and it’s very tight like an obstruction ended up in a and e with suspected clotting, after tests they say it’s bone pain as the healing process has started it feels so different to the bone pain I’m used to??? Anyone experiencing this I’m concerned thank You
