Oh Haggis70 I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling so down. It is completely ok to be feeling fed up and to want to cry. That's what this forum is here for, to provide a virtual shoulder to cry on whenever it all gets too much.
I hope you will hear from other members here who have had a similar reaction to chemotherapy. Well done for getting through the first 4 cycles with no issues.
I'll also give you our nurses' number if you ever need to talk to them or ask them any question you may have about chemotherapy for bowel cancer 0808 800 4040 - their line is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
Best wishes,

Hi there, chemo is so hard for most. Although my husband has had chemo for lung cancer, I've been with him all the way. It's only natural that you feel unwell, not only are you fighting cancer but the treatments are harsh and as our Oncologist said it practically damages everything else. If you have some one with you, let them take the brunt of it, just sleep, eat when you can and cry if you need to. My stepmother has just had the same cancer as you and she has just received good news, no more cancer cells. My warmest wishes to you and I hope you feel a little better soon. Carolx
