I have come through it all and finished treatment last May. To keep safe don’t go to places with large crowds and no kissing when you meet friends just a handshake will do. clean  hands frequently and have wipes in bag and clean with wipes especially after being in supermarket. I always had gel in my car and cleaned when I got in car after being out and about.  I Was lucky and have three lovely wigs which I still wear because my hair is growing in horrible.  They have great anti sickness drugs to be honest there were other side affects but you just get on with it.  They will pass.  Nothing unbearable.  Getting out in fresh air walking and some excercise is vitally important. I still did shopping and cleaned house And played golf.
