I am interested to hear from any possible treatments, I will be having chemo in two weeks but they do not sound very promising and said 12-18 months life expectancy. I am particulary interested in canabis oils
Welcome to the forum. I have a similar cancer (gastric oesophageal junction) and was given a similar prognosis - though mine was less than three months without chemo and up to eighteen months with. That was in 2013, which shows how inaccurate these prognoses often are.
Chemo worked incredibly well for me. By all means consider cannabis oil as a complementary therapy but not as an alternative to chemo. There is absolutely no evidence that it does any more good than eating and drinking sensibly - whatever you may read on pro-cannabis websites (which are often run by people selling the stuff).
