Welcome to Cancer Chat Foxglove although I'm sorry to read that you're having some unwanted side effects from letrozole.

There are quite a few breast cancer ladies on the forum that have experience of taking letrozole and the alternatives and hopefully some of them will be along soon. They are very welcoming and supportive and I'm sure they will do what they can to help.

I'm also including some general information we have on our website about the other options but do speak to your GP to discuss this in more detail and let them know if you feel Letrozole isn't agreeing with you as they may be able to help you managed the side effects you are currently experiencing.

I hope the joint stiffness becomes less so as time goes on.
