Hi guys well ive had my trip to the hospital for mri on liver .everyone surprised its back .april pet scan you couldnt see it and now its back in 6 weeks .so more chemo then rescan and see where we go
Oh thats nice of them .yes poor husbands n partners have lot deal with .mine was shocked at mondays news doc asked if he was ok .in way i feel weve gone back to beginning .now have doubts over bowel tumour which is primary .and not visible after chemo oncologist wanted surgery to happen bowel surgeon disagreed and cancle my appointment .so i would like it checked as had few pains bowel habits bit different and tender in groin and underarms at times .but i suppose that will mean another camera up .onward again .take care

Hi [@Paulus] .just read your status .my heart goes out to you I'm 60 hubby 65 been married 41 years he's struggled a bit on this last bit news we've had .and to top it all can't get my state pension was working full time until diagnosed .
Hi i dont know if you can get it but lizzie was able to claim carers type alowance of 84 quid a week its not means tested ask the McMillen nurse at hospital it was they who told us about it all. I can say is she got it best wishs paul
Hi [@Paulus] . MacMillan have given me lots advice .I'm still quite active can do most things although slower now am still driving I doubt it would apply but will give it some thought thanks
