Letrozole- help!

I started taking Letrozole last Friday and since then I have felt progressively more exhausted and nauseous I know these are potential side effects but just wondered if anyone had these in the beginning and then seen an improvement? Next oncology appointment not until 14th May but not sure I can keep feeling like this for another 4 weeks!!

    Hi Angie,

    I took Letrozole for 6 years and only finished taking it last July. I also took Tamoxifen for my first year. Both left me totally shattered and nauseous, but these effects did gradually lessen.

    If you continue to feel like this phone your breast care nurse and ask for her advice.

    Please let us know whether you manage to stay on it or not and how you get on. We are always here for you.
