Hi this is my first post I was diagnosed with incurable liver and bowel cancer in 2017 I've had chemotherapy and it shrank the tumours but I feel really fatigued all the time .does any body else suffer with this and what can I do to help myself
Hi Alemap. I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and a year on after treatment I still suffer from fatigue. I think what is recommended is to do a little light exercise everyday. I made sure throughout my treatment when I could I went for a walk accompanied. It's gradually getting better but I tend to overdo it which doesn't help. I'm learning albeit slowly my limitations. Perhaps speak with your health care team?
