I'm glad everything went well when you had your hysterectomy last year although I'm sorry you're now experiencing severe pains in your abdomen and lower back.
Have you made your GP aware of the symptoms you're having at the moment? If not, do make sure you book in to see them as they can let you know if it's anything to be concerned about and may be able to help with the pain as well.
