At the stage you're now at, I just slept till my body told me it was OK to get up. 

Keep eating little and often and keep hydrated. Exercise when you feel up to it - nothing strenuous.

Sorry this is basic stuff, but nothing complicated applies here. 

Hang on in there - it does stop eventually ;-)

i am not sure what type of cancer treatment you are having but part way through my chemo I developed terrible heart burn and had to have lansoprasole I also developed a lot of mouth ulcers via the treatment and took gel Claire for itlets us know a bit more about your treatment and perhaps we can offer more detailed help
