It’s a citroen c2. 59 reg so not new but only 64k on the clock, that’s a lot of numbers in a short sentence. My last car, named Bessie by my foster son, was 15 years old,was a bit lit like putting on a pair or comfy old slippers when I got in. 

I could also manage a millionaire, well I could spend his money for him!

bless it makes me feel well concerned ( this is understatement) reading your posts. 

I guess while we are having treatment, hosp appts,scans etc our time is filled with the fight. Then when it’s finished it’s like everyone just goes there u go nd walks away leaving the void of just being cast adrift. 

With our days being ours again we have the time to feel... everything. The realisation of what we have just been through, what it is we are dealing with. The Change in our lives both subtle and catastrophic at the same time. We r living each day with the potential of it coming back. So every pain, twinge, ache, feeling we have whilst we know is to be expected still gets entwined with our fear, anger and helplessness.

yes our lives have changed yes we had no say yes it has redefined who we are and what we can do. 

So do whatever you need to get through this - there are no rules. We create our own. If u need to rant and rave  then do it, if u need to cry then do it, if u need to hide away and lick your own wounds then do it, if u need to laugh then do it, if u need to talk then do it.

Make your own rules ladies do whatever it takes. 

Sending hugs nd even if u need to throw things with force - including words - just know I’m here x

Rileyroo that is exactly what I've been going thru since May. Complications haven't helped but I'm such a control freak - esp over myself and always have been. I feel like I'm losing control and dunno how to gain it back.

I know it'll be fine but it's the getting there that's hard.

speaking of which- love yr avatar Rosie she looks lush - I used to have a border collie called Josh he was lovely (had him from puppy till he was 16) irreplaceable so haven’t tried.

you got a car:-) yeah u have freedom of the road again - get in. I named every car I’ve had till the one I have now- bizarre never dawned on me till now that I haven’t lol. 

No jbains not watched the Gilmore girls :-/ I kinda like syfi stuff. I also like to wait till a series has finished then binge watch - hey I’m retired I have time :-)

ive read another 4 books too. I’m reading paperbacks I have in house then either it’s the bin or set to one side to take to barter books. Love the place- its an old converted railway station. U take your old books they credit your account nd then u browse their fabulous set out multitude of books. This time of year they will have all their fires lit - u pick books find a seat by the fire nd read a bit. Has a cafe but I tend to take my sandwich nd coffee to the old waiting room nd sit by the fire there... bliss.
