I don’t colour my hair either - back in the day I had really dark brown hair but is now more of an ash blonde look to it rather than grey- I actually rather like it.
Last thing I saw at cinema was kings men 2 - not that long ago enjoyed it. Think bad moms 2 looks brill.
Just back from Drs - at my pre op my bp was high so the dr has been trying t get it back down so I was started on amolodipine nd bp is back to norm. They want t check again after treatment t see if still need meds. TBH feel no different as had no symptoms but obviously better t b controlledx
No I don’t do specific exercises but I do daily hit my 10 thousand steps, 30 mins of them are fast enough to count as exercise(my heart rate increases) nd I hit my stand nd movement goals( I have an iwatch which sets my targets for me nd monitors what I do. If I haven’t stood in a hour it buzzes nd tells me to get up nd move around lol). Dr seemed happy enough with that only thing I have been asked to do is cut down on my salt intake ( I did add salt to everything) I don’t do that anymore so have reduced it quite a bit. Think they R hoping bp will naturally come down after my treatment is finished. X

You'll never guess what an amateur I'm dealing with for interview! I hadn't had the promised email so by 2pm I rang her. She said she'd send me an email and even reminded her again I haven't had a JD or person spec for the role as promised last week. She said interview is definitely tomorrow and at Harley Street. When I said what time she said she'd put everything in an email and apologised as she was travelling between offices this morning. Ok fair enough.
So 4:30pm rolls around and still no email. The tel numbers for the office wasn't correct and no answer on her mobile or voicemail. So I had to ring around several automated answering numbers to finally get thru to an HR person and explained situation. She apologised profusely and said she'd email her now and try her mobile for me again.
Now 7pm - no email no call.
How do some people even get these jobs???
What is the matter with the people. No idea why as a minimum she didn’t give u the place nd time to attend I mean really.
I once applied for a job nd thought won’t tell my manager unless I get an interview. Said manager came up t me and said she was disappointed that I hadn’t told her I had an interview for a new job - I didn’t know cos they hadn’t told me! They had contacted my manager for a reference even though I had ticked for them not to unless I was successful- good job they did cos she was the only one who knew lol. I went t interview nd got the job. Hope yours works out so well too x
