The good- our 2nd lovely lady cornishpastie posting on here after her op.. well done lass..was the day after before I did - go u:-)

The chocometer is so a thing...I actually went off chocolate for a mth...but I’m better now;-). Happily chomping on it again:-) I don’t know if dehydration or what but I craved.. fruit...I know! Smoothies, peaches,freshly squeezed oranges nd lemons (actually still make this up nd have as my carry around drink love it....top the squeezed juices up with water).

I’m getting dressed nd heading off t swimming then t daughters for a coffee... living the normal life... bliss.

Well done you brave gir! Just drink loads of water for your low bp. Welcome to the I've got toilet duck for wee club! My wee now is normal and I drove yesterday. Riley... how'd you get up so early, I'm here stuck in bed having to drink a dolce gusto coffee ... like a bug in rug ...spoiled by those thoughts about housework I'm to start shortly ... it's a hard ol life ... 

Sandra... fancy going off chocolate,  I'd be desolate at the thought ... need a little chocolate kick each day, even if it's a tiny  "celebration" choc ... all other brands too ... 

Good ....Went to a family party last night, saw family I've not seen in years... everyone was saying they've never seen me look so well ... hmmmm  funny ol world a ... which was uplifting as they could av said my you look ill   ; ))   ...  so all this positivity must be working ...

Bad....Oh well, housework is calling ... keep smiling ladies ... 

Bad it's cold and grey outside and I have house work things to do as well.

Good I gonna make sure I get a nice Sunday lunch today and maybe even go to cinema. Shame you ladies aren't round the corner then we could go see a chick flick together xxx

The bad; stiff and very very sore even with codydramol and tramadol (sound like a complete snowflake)

The good; am at home so don't have to look do or feel any way I can't : )
