Crying can relieve a lot of the frustration, so don't worry when you have a down day, there are always sunnier times ahead.

I am sorry to hear that you are stuck with the nerve damage. I agree with Billygoat, make sure that you get a reputable brand if you decide to go down the CBD route. A puppy would be great company for you, especially when your son and daughter are not at home. It would also force you out for a wee walk every day and, you'd be amazed how many people you meet when you are out walking a dog.

bad :- I always seem to swing between hot hot hot or... Baltic to the point needing blanket nd hot water bottle.... sigh.

good :- lil one hyper cos we have snow. Roads creating the annual struggle of not being able to get up the inclines nd everyone taking turns pushing cars up them.

Sandra I feel your pain. My house either freezing so I whack up the heating then in half hour it's a furnace! There is no inbetween!

Bad....having to take my daughter to school on the bus as her dads working away, which is a 2 hour round trip in this awful weather. Thank god for my weighty backside or I'd have been blown away 

Good.....lovely family weekend (Jamie's of course as still no sign of mine). Was Jamie's nana 87th bday lunch. She has dementia so says the same things over and over and always asks your name but really enjoyed her day bless her. Oh and my little Vinnie is 6 months old today. Where has that time gone!!!
