Hi ladies, just dropping in to touch base! It's my diagnosis anniversary on the 24th March when I first discovered  the alien invading me!

Still attending my laser clinic and going on the moving forward course tomorrow

New job is still fab and life is busy. Got my one year check in may I think. 

Saw the 40th anniversary sreening of alien last weekend and like Ripley I hope everyone is still kicking ***!

WOW!! 8 1/2 ??? Thats amazing! I have ve bad feet with all sorts of problems , crocket toes, bunions etc, etc, But I can only walk maybe 2 miles in a row. That's quite an accomplishment Beachbabe. Congrats again. 

Did you start small? how long it took you to get to 8 miles? I might not do 8 but I want to try to increase mine.

lovely t hear from you. Glad all is going well for you. 

Will be thinking of you for your 1 st mammogram. I was so surprised at how twitched I got waiting for results that took 6 wks 2 days to get! Gotta say the squashed bit was actually much much better than I thought it might be.... didn’t hurt at all. 

Good luck me dear nd let us know your experience.

Hi Lillian took me 2 hours 45 minutes! I started doing 3 miles and building it up as doing the moonwalk in London on May 11th 26.2 miles!! I have three friends doing it with me!

out most of day...not long back in :-)

bad :- because I’m going away tomorrow I pd £6 for next day delivery for some things I ordered on line..... they tried to deliver while I was on the morning school run..... sigh. Well there was a waste of £6. 

Good :- because I already had missed delivery went t daughter for coffee nd cinnamon swirls... yum. Shops then out for lunch back in time for school run. 

Both daughters sleeping at mine tonight cos very early start tomorrow..... we’re off t Scotland for a week of food, drink, relaxation, spa treatments nd maybe a bit of sight seeing lol ;-)

so.... as per I’ll not be posting while away... look after each other peeps and I’ll see you on my return :-)

heres a pic of spring box cos the buds have started to open on the hyacinths nd the mini daffodils look fit t bust any moment. Fair chance I will miss the full bloom while I’m away lol. Still.... I ain’t killed em .... that’s a win right there lol. ️

The good- last stitch has fallen out and scar doesn’t look to bad at all! 

The bad- still another week to wait for results but least no phone call yet so looking at it as a good sign. 

Hope your all doing as good as you can what ever stage of treatment you are at. Your all amazing in your own right never forget that!
