Morning peeps 

bad none yay

good :- lil ones slept at mine last night. Bed at 7, slept through till 8 this morning. Playing together nicely while I have a cuppa...they are getting easier to look after as they get older :-) get em dressed at 10 then gonna make some shortbread biscuits ( for their daddy) then I’ll feed em ready t b picked up at 1 :30. 

Ohh me eggs have come ( not that long t get here from China ;-) so that’s my afternoon sorted too.

Had about 10 so far. The comment I’ve had is that they are not so much tattoos but holes filled with ink. 

Afternoon peeps 

bad :- decoupage... the description of this word should read... A romanticised word that belies the tedious, soul destroying, back breaking, messed up to the eyes... nd back using tiny cut up pieces of paper instead of buying something already in your desired design.  As soon as the thought of doing decoupage arises it is recommended that you put the thought down and back away slowly. Banish said thought back to hell from whence it came. Never never allow the thought to give rise to actual actions of the process of decoupage ..... I have been scarred ;-) 

The good :- finished the styrofoam eggs( see above).

Daughter brought me a beautiful bunch of flowers ... just because ️ ( this will be rubbed in other daughters face thus ensuring the presentation of another bunch .... ;-)

going with daughters tonight to see mr glass at cinema... looking forward

Well ladies....

Good and Bad

It is my 65th birthday today. Hurrah...not. I’m not really keen on birthdays that remind me time marches on but it  also reminds me I’m still here after a very difficult eighteen months. I’ve also had my invitation to apply for my state pension. It looks as if I may actually get it but not until May. Had a lovely lunch with the kids yesterday but .......somehow I ended up paying. How does that work?  And finally my hubby actually bought me a birthday card (Unknown for the last 45 birthdays) with a footnote which said’ don’t expect this every year’. Ah well once in a lifetime and all that.

Aw ta muchly rileyroo they were not worth the effort lol. The book I cut up t use was an old mills nd boons ( which I felt worthy of being cut up lol). I had to watch out that the paper I used didn’t have sentences referencing hard columns nd other “pleasure” euphemisms :-0 i forgot how racy some of these books can b lol x
