No need to say sorry bout being sorry  ..... it is such a "rollercoaster" that this journey  of ours take us on ... especially when needing a lititle bit extra care from people close to us    but it must be so hard in these bizzy times and it's so hard for them to know when your having a hard day ... that's when you can put your thoughts down here where we all need a little hug from others and macmillan help line has someone there to listen too ...
