Hi Les,
I'm sorry to hear your cancer has spread to your bones and you are suffering from some side effects as a result. I know you're hoping to hear from others who may have experienced this so I have had a look around the forum for you and found a few members - [@sara28], [@BeckyC] and [@DeniseGS] - who have also had this diagnosis and now that I've mentioned them in this post they will hopefully be along soon to offer their advice and share their experiences with you.
Our cancer nurses are available Monday - Friday by phone if you would like to speak to them about this as well. Their freephone number is 0808 800 4040 and their lines are open between 9a.m -5p.m.
I hope this helps Les and that you're able to find a way to manage the cramp.
Kind regards,
Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
Hi lesh
hope your doing ok. I was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma to stage 4 and stage 3 and being retested now. I can't say about it going into bones as that hasn't happened to me but I do experience bad cramping and pins and needles in my hands and feet though that was more to do with treatment I was told. Hope your ok and everythin is going well feel free to message if you want to chat

I'm classed as remission but just had a pet scan as they not sure if relapsed again and it's come back for the third time get results Friday
Good luck with tje pet scan hope it shows that the chemo is helping with the cancer I know when it's in the bones it's difficult to treat let me no how things are
