Stomach cancer coping strategies.

HI all, I am living with stomach cancer and after 1 year from diagnosis I am coping.  I just wanted to mention something that sounds trivial but makes my life easier. Indigestion is a real problem and one main symptom of the disease which I had prior to diagnosis was feeling over-full very quickly and suffering from dyspepsia.  Now I am more careful about what I eat and how much food, but still have pain after eating, sometimes.  I have found that one thing which always helps is sucking mints - any type of mint.  I am aware that this disease will probably get worse but I am hanging in there and as long as I can make myself feel better on a daily basis and eat properly, I see that as progress.
