ALOT of lumps on testicles

Ok so i have had These very tiny lumps on my testicles since 11 you can barely feel them they dont bump outwards that much but im scared because im starting to notice more and more. Can they grow/spread? I was terrified whether it was testicular cancer but i have NONE of the symptoms of testicular cancer. But it might still be. Is it Genital Warts, Cancer im afraid to tell the doctors but i might have to.

    Hi Lew,

    Talk to your GP or go to an NHS Walk In centre if you don't want to face a GP that you know. Everyone's balls have lumps and bumps on them, but if you're really worried talk to a doctor.

    Warts are normally on the outside on the skins - no matter what type they are.
