Hi, tomorrow I meet with the oncologist to find out treatment plan etc. I'm nervous but not as bad as I was a few days ago.... A gentleman on her suggested I might like to keep a positive diary, writing down all the positive things that happen/I do every day, it really has helped with finding the positive me again . Also had some meditation to help me get past the fear of going in the chemo room and that's also helped. I am really blessed with some amazing friends and family. All positive thoughts for tomorrow received with love, thanks hugs to all xxx
