I'm sorry to hear that your melanoma tumours have grown by 25% in the last 4 months but it's great that your oncologist has found another cancer drug that they think may be effective in reducing the size of your tumours. It can be scary changing to a new drug but try to think of all the positives of what this new drug could provide to your health. Hopefully other members who have swtiched from one to the other will post soon but in the meantime I have found some information about Ipilimumab (Yeroy) on our website, including a section on possible side effects, which I thought may be useful to you at this time.
