It's good to hear from you...I bet your snuggled up under duvets with the central heating on full blast after all that blissful sunshine in Dubai... Bit chilly here isn't it, we have had that horrible cold damp fog. I've not had any snow..Jacobs most put out,  that when ever he see's the weather forecast everyone has snow but we don't.  He's funny, he asked me if I would write in his school diary and ask Mrs Owen (teacher) if he could have Wednesday and Friday off from now on  !!  Paul made me laugh, he said if it worked for Jacob he might ask his boss too.  

You mentioned your hands and feet are sore, is there anything you could try to alleviate the discomfort, some soothing lotions the nurse/doctor can recommend.  My friend Alison used to go and have head and foot massage, she said it was like walking on air when she came out. and she felt like her brain would switch off and she could truly relax.  It was something her Macmillan nurse and our local hospice team organised for her.

well I have to love you and leave you, my eldest Sam has just informed me he has split his college uniform trousers, oh and mum can you sew them for tomorrow please, I need them !  Don't you just adore it when they do that .... Better get sewing hadn't I.
