Cancer back but inoperable

Hiya. I'm 43 and had stage 2 bowel cancer removed in Jan 15 - major APR & hysto  Had chemo just in case that ended in August 15.  

 

But the cancer is back.  Still in bowel, but is so "bitty" that they can't operate.

 

I'll speak to oncology in a few weeks, once I'm over this op.  Has anyone else experienced similar and how are you doing?

    I'm sorry to hear that your bowel cancer has returned and that it is inoperable. Hopefully your oncology team will be able to provide you with other treatment options to removed the cancer once more. Many members here either with bowel cancer or who have gone through the process of finding our their cancer has returned will understand what you are going through right now and I'm sure they will post soon to offer their support and share their experiences with you.
