Has anyone got ovarian cancer.?
Yes and recently diagnosed. Good to hear from you. Nicky.
Hiya, endometrial cancer diagnosed 2nd Nov. Was in on Thurs for a total hysterectomy, and removal of my remaining ovary . Now the two week wait for results, keeping everything crossed they've got it all and I'm at an early stage. Its heartbreaking knowing I'm now menopausal aged 40 and no longer have the opportunity to have children but I'm alive to tell my tale and that's the important thing. Obviously my cancer isn't the same as yours but your probably going to require the same type of treatment so any help I can give you just shout. Its hard but stay positive and do whatever the consultant tells you to do. Good luck Nic xx
Hello Nicky.
I have had it for 3 years lots of chemo and full hysterctomy , I am on medical marijuana. also i just started the Bubwig diet, I will see if it works. Last week i stsrted on Medical trails, just have to see if any of it works.
All the best to you .

Katie.
it just dawned on me your all in the UK. I'm in Canada (born in Wallasey)
Hello KatieZ and Hoot,
I thought I would share some information from our website on the Budwig diet. You can read more about this here.
There is no reliable scientific evidence to show that the Budwig diet (or any highly specific diet) helps people with cancer. If you are thinking of trying any specific diet, it is very important to talk to your doctor or dietician who will be able to advise you on whether it is suitable for you. I would also recommend you read our page on complementary and alternative therapies.
Best wishes,

I agree to let your DR know, i did they had no trouble me doing the Budwig diet.
Medical marijuana? They actually give it to you? How is it supposed to help?
RE ovarian cancer
Hi I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last October I had my surgery in November and they took out a football sized tumour covered in mucus which covered everything bowel bladder and appendix so they had some clean up job to do. I had both ovaries and my appendix and the curtain that covers your ribs (sorry I can't remember the proper name for it ) I was in hospital for 5 days , I also don't need any after treatment as the mucus prevents chemo etc from working so that means if it comes back only an operation will hopefully work but saying all that Ive been back to work for a month now on light duties , my first scan is on April 12th so fingers crossed .
Hope you are doing ok xx
