I understand but when you think about it there's always a long list of side effects even in a box of paracetamol... think of it that way. You may not get one or you may get one or two. There's always anti sickness meds if you feel nauseous. Peeling hands and feet are the most common. There's an amazing moisturiser to help combat this called Bag balm which is in a tin, pop some of that on with some cotton gloves (and cotton socks if feet affected).
